For the second consecutive year winners of the Kondinin Group and ABC Rural Australian Farmer of the Year Awards have participated in a unique leadership program developed by host Kondinin Group and supported by the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources. Held on 15th October, the day before the Awards Announcement Ceremony, the 2019 Leadership Program offered a mix of capacity building and professional development opportunities for Award winners. Hosted at Parliament House, winners participated in a variety of activities, presentations and panel discussions led by independent leadership consultant Cath Botta.
